What is the pricing of MemberMouse?
MemberMouse offers four pricing tiers: Basic, Plus, Pro, and Elite. Each plan allows for unlimited members and comes with access to their industry-leading support. The pricing starts at $199.50/year with an introductory offer and scales with each tier, differentiated by features. The Basic plan is priced at $199.50/year, the Plus plan at $299.50/year, the Pro plan at $399.50/year, and the Elite plan at $1,199.50/year. Please note that all annual renewals are at full price.
How does MemberMouse compare to other membership plugins?
MemberMouse is a membership plugin that provides a streamlined, pleasant experience for both creators and members. It comes with several advanced content management features, including content dripping, flexible content protection, and SmartTags. On the other hand, MemberPress is another popular membership plugin that gained course-building functionality. It's easy to use and provides a wide range of options for selling memberships, subscriptions, and courses.
Both plugins offer integrations for features such as community forums, podcasts, and e-commerce options. You can use their e-commerce integrations to accept payments and allow your customers or clients to update their accounts easily from their dashboard.
However, there are some differences between these two plugins. MemberPress is more bare-bones when it comes to building your membership site or course content. They make it quite easy to get up and running quickly. MemberMouse has more features than MemberPress and allows you to create a robust membership site experience rather than just protecting content.
Although both options offer reporting out of the box, MemberMouse has more detailed reporting available on their upper tiers and allows for split testing on pricing pages. Having these in-depth insights will help you make data-driven decisions that can enhance your growth. Another distinction is that with MemberMouse, you cannot edit the source code but with MemberPress, you can. Editing the source code can be a valuable feature for migrations and customizations.
In conclusion, if you want to create an advanced membership site and have in-depth reporting, MemberMouse might be a better fit for you. However, if you prefer a more straightforward approach to content protection and course building, MemberPress could be the right choice.

How do I sign up for MemberMouse?
To sign up for MemberMouse, you can follow these steps:
-
Install MemberMouse to your WordPress installation by going to Plugins > All Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and upload the plugin you downloaded from your MemberMouse Dashboard.
-
There are two ways to use signup forms in MemberMouse, and both can be present on your site at the same time. The Checkout Core Page is created when MemberMouse is installed and acts as your main signup page. You can also create a free member form to sign up free members.
-
Use the Checkout Core Page: The MemberMouse Checkout Core Page functions as a Registration or Signup Page. It is dynamic, meaning the product name, price and description will change based on the product link being accessed and only the sections needed for that product will be displayed. Shipping, billing and other sections are hidden or shown based on the product tied to the link used to load the page. That also means you can use it for registering free or paid members.
-
Create a Free Membership Signup Form: You might want to add a signup form as part of a page. Or you may not want to have product information (For example, "Free Membership" Price: $0.00) show up on the page where new people sign up with you. In this case you can use a free membership signup form, which is a very minimal checkout form. This checkout form can be inserted onto a page or created as its own page. This is the code to use for a free membership.
Remember, the core page will dynamically populate the checkout form with the correct pricing information, and relevant sections for shipping and billing, as well as provide the fields to allow the visitor to create an account during checkout. Once the checkout is complete, the new member will be sent to the Confirmation Core Page with details about their purchase. This page can also be modified to include upsells with purchase links to other products in MemberMouse.
membermouse.com Return Policy?
MemberMouse.com has a specific process for issuing refunds. They do not support partial refunds. If a member cancels halfway through the billing cycle, their account will go into pending cancellation and then at the end of the billing cycle, they will be officially canceled. So they do get all the time that they paid for, and are not canceled until the end of that time has come.
As for the shipping policy, if you wish to sell physical products you will need to include various shipping methods and rates. Shipping methods allow you to easily specify a flat fee for shipping. In the MemberMouse menu, you can go to Product Settings and then click on the Shipping Methods tab. Here you will be able to quickly see the names of the different shipping methods you have created, and each of their flat fees. The shipping methods tab is where you will create and delete shipping methods as well as edit existing ones.
